Description
A private studio-style room in a seven-room shared apartment, fully renovated in 2025. Very bright thanks to two large windows, it is furnished with a double bed, a blue sofa, a wall-mounted TV, a desk and an office chair.
It also has its own small private bathroom with a glass shower.
You share the large common areas: a spacious living room and a big kitchen with an island and stainless steel appliances (oven, microwave, fridge), where dishes and cookware are provided. A wall-mounted air conditioner keeps the shared rooms cool, and a washer-dryer is on site.
The apartment is in Plateau-Mont-Royal, with its green laneways, cafés and local markets.
