Is it possible to tour the apartments?
Yes, we offer in-person or virtual tours.
Do I need home insurance?
Yes, this is required. We recommend Desjardins or Intact. The application is done online and takes 5 minutes.
What is included in the rent?
Shared housing: The apartments are fully furnished, with Wi-Fi, heating, hot water, and electricity included.
Apartments: Partially or fully furnished with Wi-Fi. Heating, hot water, and electricity (Hydro-Québec) are the responsibility of the tenants.
