Description
A large shared apartment with six rooms spread over two floors, linked by a wooden staircase. Each room is furnished for living and working: a bed, a white desk with chair, and a black shelving unit and dresser. The ground-floor rooms enjoy large windows, and hardwood floors add warmth throughout.
The entrance, with its exposed brick wall, leads to a living room with a sofa, TV and coffee table, then to a kitchen with dark wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances and a black dining table. The modern bathroom has a tiled shower and a round mirror.
The apartment is in the Latin Quarter, a four-minute walk from UQAM and the Berri-UQAM metro station.
