A private room in a shared 6½ apartment with four bedrooms, in a unit fully renovated in 2025. The room is furnished and includes a desk and office chair for studying or working from home. The apartment is air-conditioned, a welcome feature during Montreal summers.
The common areas are shared among housemates: a kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave and fridge, a living room and a bathroom, with a washer-dryer on site.
