No. The online request carries no commitment and no payment is required at this stage. You simply confirm your interest; everything is finalised afterward with our team.

Yes. A home stays available to everyone until a lease is signed: sending a request does not remove it from the site. We get back to you quickly.

A private furnished room (bed, desk and chair) in an apartment shared by 3 to 6 people. Heating, electricity, hot water and Wi-Fi are included. The equipped kitchen, TV and washer-dryer are shared.

The apartment is furnished and equipped (full kitchen, TV, washer-dryer), with Wi-Fi and water included. Electricity and heating (Hydro-Québec account in your name) are your responsibility.

Yes. Every home is furnished and equipped. The exact details are listed on each home's page.

No. Sheets, pillows, duvets and towels are not provided; please bring your own linens. The rest of the furniture is in place.

Some homes are air conditioned; this is noted on their page. Elsewhere, air conditioning is not included.

Yes, Wi-Fi is included in all our homes.

From 6 to 12 months. A shorter term is possible when it ends on 30 June, 31 July or 30 September. The final term is confirmed with our team.

Yes. Civil liability insurance is required, and proof must be provided before move-in. The application takes a few minutes online.

Renewal is possible. A notice with the conditions is sent to you before the term ends.

By pre-authorized debit (Canadian bank account), Interac e-Transfer or PayPal. Rent is payable in a single instalment, by the 1st of the month at the latest.

No, pets are not allowed in our homes.

No. Our homes and buildings are entirely non-smoking, including common areas and balconies.

Yes. One person per room; guests are tolerated for a few days, with the agreement of roommates. Please avoid excessive noise in the evening, out of respect for neighbours.

In Plateau-Mont-Royal, the Quartier latin (Ville-Marie) and Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, all well served by the metro.
