The Hello Montréal website is an information platform presenting furnished apartments, rooms in shared apartments and rentals in Montréal.

By accessing or browsing the site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms.

Hello Montréal reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. NATURE OF THE SERVICE

Hello Montréal acts as a platform for publishing real estate information.

The site allows users to:

• browse furnished apartments in Montréal;
• get information about rooms in shared apartments;
• contact the managers through a contact form or our virtual assistant;
• submit an online rental application for an apartment or a room.

A rental application is neither a guaranteed reservation nor a lease. It is reviewed by Hello Montréal, which may accept or decline it. The unit is not held for the applicant until the lease is signed by both parties.

The site does not allow signing the lease or making payments online. The lease is entered into separately, between Hello Montréal and the tenant, once the application is accepted.

We strive to keep the information about the listed units accurate and up to date.
